\"S\"<\/a>The previous post was all too correct.\u00a0 We are all over the place with the wants and needs of the powers that be.\u00a0 Someone needs to attend “Engineering Drawing 101”.\u00a0 Just a thought.<\/p>\n

That being said, the last trip to the property was wonderful.\u00a0 It was a bright, sunny day and as we walked through the gate and looked up, there were two Bald Eagles dancing above.\u00a0 They twirled and swooped and put on a show.\u00a0 They were breathtaking!<\/p>\n

The property itself is really muddy, but our fabulous Ryan is doing his best to firm-up the area needed for cement mixers, heavy equipment, trucks, and who knows what else.<\/p>\n

The phone lines are in.\u00a0 They went in efficiently and easily.\u00a0 The power does seem to be on the other side of the street, despite the previous reports.<\/p>\n

Next week, the septic drain field is set to be installed.\u00a0 The following week the under-street tunnels will be dug.\u00a0 Unlike Colorado, these folks do not tear-up a street at the drop of a hat.\u00a0 Think endless potholes, snow and you have Colorado streets.\u00a0 Bumpy, lumpy and poorly maintained.<\/p>\n

We have an organic community garden spot on the radar.\u00a0 The possibilities are endless and somewhat overwhelming, but very exciting.\u00a0 I look forward to fresh flowers, herbs and vegetables.\u00a0 Spring is clearly on the horizon.\u00a0 There are flowers already in bloom.\u00a0 That is a difficult concept to imagine.\u00a0 I moved the geraniums outdoors…in February.\u00a0 Amazing!<\/p>\n
